When you apply — name, email, phone, country, experience, languages, CV. When you visit — privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no PII).
Legal bases
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual purposes (placement). Art. 6(1)(a) consent for marketing emails. Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for anonymous analytics.
Retention periods
Non-progressed applications — 24 months from last contact. Placed candidates — longer with your consent.
